PROVINENCE & TRACEABILITY

Eating from the land has always been at the core of what we do and the food we make, and so we’re proud to say that by sourcing all of our Wild venison through our own family hunting business, and our Pheasants through local estates in Fife, our food truly is 100% sustainable. With the infrastructure we’ve developed over the past few years, we’ve built a premises that facilitates the full production chain from plucking/skinning, to butchery, to final burger production from our professional production facility. THE PATTIES

From the carefully butchered Venison Mince used to make our Screamers to the locally sourced, freshly cooked yellow peppers in our Scratcher Burgers, all of our patties contain ingredients from only the highest quality sources on our doorstep.

THE BURGER SAUCE

Keeping things in house wherever we can has always been a focus for us, so that’s why we’ve always made our own famed burger sauce ourselves. Spruced up with a sprinkling of paprika, sweetened with a dash of sherry and finished with a couple secret ingredients, this luxury relish is a must-have for every single one our burgers.

THE TOPPINGS

Working with a local Fife veg merchant, we source our salad toppings from our friends down the road. Along with a choice fresh lettuce, red onion and gherkins, our homemade sticky fried onions will bring that last hint of sweetness you need to take these burgers to the next level.

WORKING WITH DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Gluten - although flavour experience has always been and will forever be a real focus for us, we’re also conscious that not everyone can enjoy the same flavours as each other due to intolerances. With this in mind, we’ve managed to swap out the classic wheat rusk in our burgers for pea flakes, subbed any component ingredients containing gluten components for gluten free alternatives, and offer a bun-less alternative to guests looking for a 100% gluten free meal. This combined with our gluten free fries and toppings, we are proud to include gluten free guests in the feasting!

Other allergens - without sacrificing the full flavour of our food, we’ve also managed to avoid all other allergens too, so won’t find any fish, sulphites, dairy etc in our burgers (we serve a bunless burger for those with certain intolerances).

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

All of our burgers are wrapped up in recyclable greaseproof paper, placed into a compostable meal box and loaded up with fries. So when it comes to preparing your event for waste, all you’ll need is a recycling bin ♻️
