Screaming Peacock is all about serving food that’s as fresh and local as it gets. Every ingredient we use is carefully sourced, with a focus on sustainability and quality. Our venison and pheasant come from trusted local suppliers right here in Fife, ensuring that every bite is packed with flavour and full of pride. We’ve built a facility where we can oversee every part of the process—from butchery to burger creation—so you can trust that every burger is made with care. THE PATTIES

When we say our burgers are next-level, we mean it. Take our Cheeseburger—a 1⁄4 pounder of juicy, perfectly seasoned steak, topped with melty cheese, crisp salad, and our signature Peacock burger sauce. It’s the burger you know and love, but made with a little extra care and a whole lot of flavour. Simple, delicious, and done right.

Then there’s the Screamer—where things get a bit more exciting. This isn’t just any burger. It’s a wild venison patty, juicy and packed with bold flavours, topped with cheese and sticky fried onions. Every bite brings a perfect mix of savoury richness and just the right amount of sweet, making it the burger you’ll crave again and again.

THE BURGER SAUCE

Our famous burger sauce? It’s made in-house with a kick of paprika, a dash of sherry, and a couple of secret touches that make it irresistible. Every burger needs that special something, and this is it. It’s rich, tangy, and guaranteed to take your burger to the next level.

THE TOPPINGS

We like to keep things fresh and local with our toppings. We work with a Fife veg merchant to bring you crisp lettuce, red onion, and gherkins, all carefully chosen for that perfect crunch. Plus, our homemade sticky fried onions? They’re the finishing touch that adds just the right amount of sweetness to every burger.

WORKING WITH DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

We get it—everyone’s got different tastes, and we’re all about making sure everyone can enjoy our food. That’s why we’ve swapped out wheat rusk for pea flakes to keep our burgers gluten-free. We also offer a bun-less option and gluten-free fries, so no one has to miss out on the good stuff. We don’t compromise on flavour, and we make sure we’ve got options for anyone with dietary needs—no problem.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

When it comes to packaging, we don’t cut corners. All of our burgers come wrapped in recyclable greaseproof paper and packed in compostable meal boxes. It’s just another way we’re doing our bit to keep things sustainable, so you can feel good about enjoying great food without any guilt.
